RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
If there are any problems with your purchase, please contact me within two weeks of receiving your item to resolve the issue ASAP.
For hygiene reasons, Earrings cannot be returned once purchased unless damaged or defective.
In the case of custom orders, refunds will not be given once I've started working unless it arrives damaged or defective. If you wish to cancel an order, please let me know within 24 hours of purchase.

In the case of exchanges and returns due to a change of mind, the item has to be in the same condition it was sent in for a full refund or exchange. This is not the case for damaged or defective orders.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective so please ensure you are happy with the design and pick the correct option/size. Please contact us if you have any questions before you purchase. We will require a picture of the damaged item for a full refund.
